1. How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Pragia account, send an email to Pragia support using the email address connected to your account.
- Email Pragia support at pragiaonline@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your full name, phone number, and whether your account is a rider or driver account.
- Our support team may contact you to verify ownership of the account.
2. Data that may be deleted
After verification, we may delete or anonymize account-related data, including:
- Name, phone number, email address, and profile details.
- Saved account preferences.
- Driver profile information where deletion is legally allowed.
- Support request information linked directly to the account.
3. Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution, or business record purposes.
- Trip, payment, transaction, and invoice records.
- Safety, fraud prevention, or policy enforcement records.
- Records required by applicable law or regulatory obligations.
4. Retention period
Where data must be retained, Pragia will keep it only for as long as necessary for legal, safety, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes. After the retention period ends, the data may be deleted or anonymized.
5. Processing time
Account deletion requests are usually reviewed within a reasonable period after successful identity verification. Some requests may take longer if additional verification or legal review is required.
Deleting your account may permanently remove access to your Pragia account, driver profile, ride history access, and app services.
